We absolutely loved our stay at Coolrooms! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with hardwood floors and smart lighting. The marble bathrooms were a luxurious touch, and we appreciated the complimentary sweets left in our rooms at night. The hotel staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fresh and healthy dishes to choose from. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the golden triangle of museums. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was absolutely amazing! the staff at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire Easter vacation. the rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfortable, exceeding all our expectations. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was fresh and plentiful, with made, to, order options. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street but still close to key attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The lack of care and response from the management team when my husband had a bad accident due to the wet stairs in front of the reception. There was no sign to warn guests about the slippery floor, and my husband ended up with a severe back injury.

Spacious and elegantly decorated rooms with excellent amenities, including espresso machine and mini bar. Bathrooms are large and well-equipped. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh options. Courtyard with pool and outdoor seating area is lovely. Great location for walking to many attractions.

We loved staying here! The hotel is ideally located close to everything and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, including the soundproofed rooms, terrace, and the electric kettle for our morning cup of tea. Plus, the poolside snack bar and sun terrace were perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

This hotel is the perfect choice for our group of friends. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay is comfortable. The breakfast served in the room is delicious and convenient. Plus, the private whirlpool on the terrace was a great bonus.

The TV stand in the room was quite minimal, but since we didn't watch much TV, it didn't bother us much.
